Robyn van Ekelenburg
Principal / OwnerRobyn has worked in real estate development for twenty-five years and has dedicated the last 18 years to affordable housing program development. She has partnered with developers across the state to help create successful affordable housing programs with an emphasis on project management, layered financing, risk analysis, homebuyer education, underwriting, and home sales. Robyn currently serves on the Board of Directors for Housing Trust Placer, where she works to carry out its mission to support affordable housing in the greater Sacramento region.
Teresa Martinez Gonzales
Principal / OwnerTeresa brings over 15 years of experience in community building, focusing on connecting neighborhoods and communities to each other, technology, jobs, and housing. She specializes in administering municipal workforce development and housing programs with non-profit partners. Her work includes project/contract design, operations, evaluation, and audit activities. Teresa is a housing and climate change warrior. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley and serves on the board of their Chicanx Latinx Alumni Association.
