Housing Inc. partners with local governments, home builders, and property managers to offer homes for sale with restrictions that are priced for and offered to households who don't earn more than maximum incomes established by the State of California for housing assistance programs.
Robyn has worked in community development for over twenty-years, beginning her career in new home development and dedicating the last 15 years to affordable homeownership programs. She has partnered with developers across the state to help create successful homeownership programs with an emphasis on project management, layered financing, risk analysis, homebuyer education and home sales.
Robyn has administered tens of millions in local, State and Federal housing programs on behalf of local non-profit organizations. She supports a number of organizations in their fund development and program management activities, with an emphasis on creating affordability and sustainability.
Robyn has helped develop over 50 new home communities, worked with over 1000 homebuyers and most recently has helped 82 low and moderate first time homebuyers purchase homes in the North Bay. Clients include: Burbank Housing Development Corporation, Cabrillo Economic Development Corp, EPACANDO, Placer County, MidPen Housing and Hello Housing.

Teresa brings over 15 years of experience in community building, focusing on connecting neighborhoods and communities to each other, technology, jobs, and housing. She specializes in administering municipal workforce development and housing programs with non-profit partners. Her work includes project/contract design, operations, evaluation, and audit activities. Teresa is a housing and climate change warrior. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley and serves on the board of their Chicanx Latinx Alumni Association.
